Housing Specialist — Help Clients Secure Permanent Housing
Lantern Community Services Inc
Lantern Community Services Inc. in the Bronx is seeking an experienced Housing Specialist to help residents move from homelessness to permanent housing. You will work with shelter staff to orient clients to the housing search and support them through the process. You will accompany clients to housing viewings, assist with applications, budgeting, and subsidies, and help coordinate move-out transitions to permanent housing within an interdisciplinary team at Hudson Bay shelter. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lantern Community Services Inc
