$5,000 Sign-On Bonus Available for Full-Time/$2500 for Part-Time

Premier Therapy is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing setting in Barberton, OH. This role supports residents in improving mobility, function, safety, and overall quality of life through focused, evidence-based care.

Key responsibilities include:
- Complete patient evaluations and create individualized plans of care
- Deliver skilled PT interventions, track outcomes, and adjust goals as needed
- Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers
- Partner with the interdisciplinary team and maintain timely documentation in the EMR
- Practice in alignment with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and long-term care regulations

Required qualifications/skills:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Ohio PT license (or eligible for licensure)
- SNF/long-term care experience preferred
