We are seeking a skilled, professional, and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors while performing a variety of administrative duties to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our medical office.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Send medical records out daily
• Translate for Spanish-speaking patients (REQUIRED)
• Handle incoming faxes and patient requests
• Scan and accurately organize all documents
• Follow up on claim denials
• Maintain accurate patient information and records
• Provide professional and courteous service to patients, providers, and staff

Qualifications:

• Previous medical receptionist or healthcare office experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is REQUIRED
• Must be a quick learner and able to learn new systems and procedures efficiently
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, busy medical office environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality
• Experience with Allscripts PRO is a plus
