Job Title: Concrete Laborer Job Description Join our team as a concrete laborer, supporting commercial projects including foundations and flatwork. You will be instrumental in the installation of concrete foundations, footings, slabs, sidewalks, and more. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of concrete foundations, footings, slabs, sidewalks, and flatwork. Set, brace, and strip concrete forms. Place and tie rebar and reinforcing materials as directed. Pour, spread, and finish concrete using hand and power tools. Assist with backfilling foundations and site cleanup. Load, unload, and transport construction materials. Essential Skills Construction Concrete Rebar Additional Skills & Qualifications 1+ year experience working as a concrete laborer on commercial or residential projects. Work Environment Work on projects located within 35 miles from the office. Meet at the shop and ride in a truck to the job site. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM depending on pours. Payment begins upon arrival at the shop. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Evans, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
