Automotive Diesel Technician

If so, we want you on our team here at Classic CDJR in Lancaster, SC What we offer: Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental and vision insurance - retirement plans and paid time off Ongoing OEM training and development programs Employee discounts on vehicle purchases, service and parts Climate controlled shop with all new equipment What You'll Do: As a Diesel Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring vehicles are safe, reliable, and performing at their best: - - Diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel trucks and equipment. - Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brakes, and inspections. - Troubleshoot and repair engines, drive-trains, electrical systems, and emissions components. - Work with Service Advisors and team members to ensure efficient and accurate service. - Support local fleet accounts by delivering reliable turnaround times and quality workmanship. - Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to safety standards. What We're Looking For: We're seeking a technician who takes pride in quality work and thrives in a growing, team-driven environment: - Experience as a Diesel Technician (dealership, fleet, or independent shop). - Familiarity with diagnostics, diesel engines, and repair procedures. - Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. - Certifications ASE, OEM or equivalent work experience in a Fleet maintenance shop. - Valid driver's license About the Dealership Mills Auto Group understands rapid growth in the automotive space.
