Laborer

Laborer - 2nd Shift 5:15PM - 3:30 AM Monday thru Thursday

Position Specifics:

Reports To: Weekday Supervisor

Supervises: None

FLSA Code: Nonexempt

Purpose:


To perform various tasks in a production factory environment

Responsibilities:

1. Operate a forklift
2. Monitor material
3. Basic logging of load numbers
4. Loading/unloading equipment
5. Keep area organized/clean
6. Light Labor
7. Operates and maintains certain equipment
8. Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
9. Accounts for all time and material used in performing assigned duties

Job Requirements:

1. Ability to operate machines
2. Ability to lift at least 25 pounds repeatedly
3. Ability to keep pace with a Shredder
4. Reliable attendance is mandatory
5. Timeliness in performing tasks
6. Forklift experienced preferred
7. General knowledge of how to operate equipment
8. Work together as a TEAM
9. Willingness to learn

Pay Information:

The hourly pay range for this position is $16 to $18. This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base hourly wage for this role. Based on factors such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.
