Client Contact Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a Client Contact Specialists!Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) Preferred. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service information and resolving issues. Monday - Friday (8:30 am or 9 am - 5/5:30 pm) Could possibly be flexible with after hours or Saturdays for other time off during the week. Starting pay can also be based on experience.
Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High school diploma required
One to Four years of progressive work experience in a law firm or comparable field preferred
Strong knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel
