Charge Nurse LVN

HumanGood community seeks a Per Diem Charge Nurse LVN to provide compassionate, clinically sound care for older adults in our senior living community. In this on-site role, you’ll lead and support care teams, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to support personalized care plans, promote safety and dignity, and model our mission-driven values of respect, integrity, and service to residents.
