The Role As a Service Technician, you’ll diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll help homeowners understand their options and make confident, informed decisions without pressure or gimmicks. What You’ll Be Responsible For Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems Communicating clearly with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams Keeping your truck clean, organized, and fully stocked Completing paperwork accurately and on time Participating in the on-call rotation Maintaining a clean, professional appearance Following safety standards and company procedures Attending training to sharpen your technical and customer skills Maintaining required licenses and certifications (or being willing to obtain them, we’ll help) What We’re Looking For Solid HVAC experience and technical competence Strong communication skills with customers and teammates A clean driving record Pride in your work and your reputation A team-first mindset The desire to grow, not coast If you’re looking for more than just “another HVAC job” and want to be part of a company where your work actually matters, this could be the move you’ve been waiting for.
