Material Handler - Warehouse
Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Material Handler to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling materials within the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting daily operations on the morning shift.
Key Responsibilities

Receive, store, and distribute materials within the warehouse following FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
Operate electric fork lift safely and efficiently to move heavy materials.
Use handheld scanners and tablets to track inventory and update records accurately.
Perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Basic math skills for inventory counting and record keeping.
Previous warehouse experience (preferred).
Experience operating electric pallet jacks and forklift (preferred).
Familiarity with FIFO inventory management.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform heavy lifting safely.
Comfortable using technology such as tablets and scanners.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
Available to work morning shift hours.
Spanish (Preferred)

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 5am-2pm
40 Hours per week plus occasional over time
