SUMMARY:The Market Director is responsible and accountable for managing and directing operations within a given market to achieve ongoing revenue growth, profitability and productivity in multiple service offerings. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervises Directors, Managers, Account Executives, Associates, and other staff as appropriate.Manages the staffing, training and development of all employees in the market. Ensures employees have accessibility to appropriate training tools. Proven sales record of accomplishment in developing large accounts. Previous experience managing multiple locations and staff levels is essential.CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSES:None required.
