Chaska Heights Senior Living is located one mile north of Highway 212 off of Highway 41 in Chaska, Minnesota. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 136-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Position: CNA, HHA or Caregiver

Hourly Wage: CNA - $19.00/hour - $24.00/hour, depending on experience / HHA & Caregiver - $17.00/hour - $22.00/hour, depending on experience

Service Area: 3120 N Chestnut St N, Chaska, MN 55318

Schedule:  Part-time AM, 7am-3pm and Full/part-time PM (3pm-11pm)

Duties & Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:  

• CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. 
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.  
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. 
• Assist with medication administration. 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. 
• Strong interest in healthcare. 
• Positive, compassionate attitude. 
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
