Job Details Location: Lippincott - 303 Lippincott Drive Remote Type: On‑Site Employment Type: Employee Employment Classification: Per Diem Time Type: Part time Work Shift: 1st Shift (United States of America) Hourly Rate: $57.25 Summary Provides physical therapy examination and evaluation to determine prognosis, provide intervention, and update plan of care. Assists manager/supervisor with clinical and operational issues, working together to improve processes and utilization of rehab services. We offer per diem hours, new graduates welcome! Position Responsibilities Consult with medical, ancillary professionals and other team members to provide optimum quality patient care and effective operations. Demonstrate comprehensive evaluation skills and interventions, including evaluating the effectiveness and modifying the plan of care as appropriate. Maintain and complete evaluations, patient records, reports and all written documentation effectively and in a timely manner, in accordance with regulatory and department guidelines. Effectively utilize PTAs, aides and other support staff as appropriate. Communicate effectively with patients and/or family/significant others in providing education and literature in accordance with the patient's age, physical condition and cultural needs. Required Education Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Required Certifications and Licensure Current licensure in the State of New Jersey. CPR certification. For home care and early intervention staff: a valid driver’s license, current automobile registration and proof of insurance. Compensation Hourly Rate: $57.25 per hour.
