Director of People Operations

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Director of Talent, Hiring & People Operations will manage talent acquisition processes, develop scalable people systems, and enhance employee engagement and retention strategies. Key Responsibilities Oversee recruiting pipeline management, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews Design and implement people systems for onboarding, performance evaluation, and employee retention Collaborate with leadership on organizational design and capacity planning to align talent with business goals Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR leadership, or a related field Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Proven ability to build scalable systems for talent attraction and retention Strong experience with distributed and remote teams Data-driven decision-making skills to measure success and guide strategies
