Registered Nurse (RN)

Join our team at Laurel Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Registered Nurse (RN) We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care facility. Full‑time, part‑time, and per‑diem opportunities are available. Same‑day pay is offered. Shift options: Per‑Diem: 7 AM‑3 PM, 3 PM‑11 PM, 11 PM‑7 AM. Weekend Baylor: 7 AM‑11:30 PM, 3 PM‑7:30 AM. Pay: $37.50‑$42 per hour, all inclusive. 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, health/vision/dental benefits, shift differentials, and more. Responsibilities Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the plan of care, including physicians' plans of treatment. Follow a plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager. Perform medication administration and treatments as per the plan of care. Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly. Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders. Qualifications Current, unencumbered active RN license in New Jersey. Valid BLS certification (CPR). Ability to work with multiple patients at once. Minimum one year of experience in a sub‑acute and/or long‑term care setting. Preferred experience with Point Click Care (PCC).
