Assistant Store Manager We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in managing daily operations, ensuring high standards of performance and sales, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards to achieve sales and profit projections. Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction. Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation. Recruit and select team members. Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures. Perform other operational and strategic duties. Qualifications At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer. Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer software and hardware. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form. Availability to work days, nights, and weekends. Compensation and Benefits Base pay $16.50–$21.00 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate determined based on experience and qualifications.
