What's it all about?

• Own and manage relationships with a large territory of longtail Tier 3 accounts as a full sales cycle seller. Drive sales/upsell/cross-sell in a comprehensive selling motion, across all Visa products and solutions, which includes virtual engagement and system touchpoints.

What we expect of you, day to day:

• Apply knowledge of how Visa products and offerings are used to enable business goals or overcome business challenges to sell Visa products and offerings and maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Manage current accounts, identify new account opportunities, maintain account plans, create presentation materials that are applicable to all levels of the client organization.
• Forecast sales and have knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process, ensuring sales tools are utilized appropriately and maintained regularly.
• Participate in client communications, and develop and deliver client presentations using phone, video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and webcasts.
• Maintain industry trend knowledge and government regulations that may affect assigned territory.
• Collaborate with digital sales team to develop new business strategies and tactics. Participate in ongoing digital sales trainings.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets and KPIs
• Effectively communicate Visa’s value proposition across multiple products and solutions.

Expectation of 4 days/week in the ATLANTA, GA office for this role.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

• Fluent in English.

• Basic understanding of digital sales tools such as Microsoft Dynamics.

• Prior experience in a sales role, or related field with a focus on direct client sales.

• Strong ability to communicate basic concepts and exchange ideas and account

• information clearly and concisely.

• Knowledge of the payments industry preferred but not required.

Information for US Applicants

For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $ 155,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

Travel Requirements

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
