We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to help manage client services, caregiver scheduling, and daily office operations for a private-pay focused home care agency. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys working with families and caregivers while ensuring exceptional client service and smooth agency operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and respond to last-minute changes
• Serve as a primary contact for clients, families, and caregivers
• Field incoming phone calls and inquiries
• Manage client onboarding, documentation, and service setup
• Manage visit verification & payroll processing
• Support daily office operations and administrative functions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, care standards, and DOH requirements
• Paid on-call rotation for after-hours/weekends

Qualifications

• Home care experience in care coordination
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills and responsiveness
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with AlayaCare, HHAeXchange, or similar EHR scheduling platforms
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) is a plus
