Marketing Assistant
Location: 1715 N. Westshore Blvd - Tampa, FL
Position Summary
The Marketing Assistant will support our recruiting and business development teams by executing digital marketing campaigns that attract candidates and generate new business opportunities. This position combines recruiting marketing, website management, email campaigns, and job board administration.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create and distribute email marketing campaigns through the Applicant Tracking System.
- Maintain and update company website content.
- Ensure all open positions are properly posted and optimized across job boards.
- Assist with LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
- Support social media recruiting initiatives.
- Coordinate branding efforts for recruiting campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Assist with recruiting events and marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Marketing, Communications, or Business degree preferred
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media marketing
- Strong writing skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar design software is beneficial
