We are committed to creating a nurturing, family-like atmosphere where staff develop meaningful relationships with residents and where exceptional patient outcomes are the standard.Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse with current state license.Must have a current/active CPR certification.Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Ability to lift fifty (50) or more pounds. Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of job.Able to stand and/or walk for more than four (4) hours per day.Able to bend and/or stoop for more than one (1) hour at a time.
