The Blessing Center, an RCF facility, is seeking a passionate and skilled Dietary Manager to join our team. We are looking for candidates who are flexible, available for varying shifts, and willing to work some weekends and holidays. Experience in a long-term care facility or hotel setting is preferred. The ideal candidate will excel in food preparation, menu planning, and meal execution in a kitchen environment. Key responsibilities include preparing and cooking meals according to planned menus, ensuring quality and timeliness, adhering to food handling regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and managing weekly orders for food and dietary supplies. Applicants should have prior experience in food service, strong culinary knowledge, menu planning expertise, proficiency with kitchen equipment, and fine dining experience is a plus.
