Advanced Practice Nurse

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Advanced Practice Nurse to join our team. This role will require a dynamic individual who is prepared to deliver top-tier patient care within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Job Details

• Start Date: 10/5
• Shifts: 3x12 variable shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic interventions as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license and board certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts as required.
