Title: Jira, PowerBI, EazyBI Expert

Location: Sacramento, CA

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Jira & eazyBI Architecture Serve as the Lead Expert for Jira reporting, utilizing eazyBI to create sophisticated MDX calculations, custom dimensions, and automated report distributions.
Power BI Ecosystem Design, develop, and maintain high-impact Power BI dashboards that integrate Jira data with broader enterprise datasets for a holistic view of organizational health.
Database Management Query and manage back-end data sources to ensure data integrity; perform ETL-like functions to prep information for visualization.
Process Optimization Consult with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, optimizing Jira workflows to capture the "right" data for reporting.
Strategic Delivery Work closely with Deloitte leadership to provide predictive analytics on project velocity, capacity planning, and financial burn rates.

Qualifications

Expert-Level Jira Knowledge Deep understanding of Jira Software, including advanced workflows, custom fields, and API integrations.
BI Tool Mastery Proven track record of building complex reports in eazyBI and Power BI (DAX, Power Query).
Database Proficiency Strong command of SQL and experience working with enterprise databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, or Snowflake).
Analytical Mindset Ability to turn raw, messy data into clean, "boardroom-ready" visualizations.
Commutable Distance Must be located within 100-150 miles of Sacramento, CA (e.g., Bay Area, Central Valley, or Reno) for occasional on-site collaboration.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Big 4 consulting environments.
Atlassian Certifications (ACP-600 or similar).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies at scale (SAFe).
