Solutions Architect

Salary: $125,000 - 190,000 per year Requirements:

• We need a bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• We require 10+ years of broad experience in Service Desk, Deskside Services, Network Operations, or IT Operations, including at least 7 years in professional services consulting.
• We look for experience delivering projects and programs, including substantial organizational change management components.
• We require experience administering and delivering client professional services agreements.
• We expect frequent executive-level client interaction, ideally at the CXO level, supported by strong consulting and interpersonal skills.
• We need the ability to develop, market, and sell services and products.
• We value experience with change management processes, stakeholder mapping, communication, adoption, and rollout strategies.
• We need strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills, along with comfort in fast-changing environments.
• We expect excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• We look for the ability to lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• We need the ability to manage complex information, drive outcomes under pressure, build trust, and stay customer-focused.

• We develop and present solution proposals in partnership with our sales and solution leadership.
• We identify customer business needs and translate them into technical and solution requirements.
• We shape, refine, and mature solution designs while working with customers and stakeholders.
• We assemble delivery teams and coordinate support across practice, regional delivery, and account teams.
• We consolidate solution status, costing inputs, and proposal details across stakeholders.
• We manage solution risks, opportunities, and issue resolution, including change control coordination.
• We draft and support contract-related deliverables such as SOW language, risk mitigation terms, and project change requests.
• We act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for new business opportunities.
• We partner with sales to drive opportunities from initial engagement through closure.
• We create solution inputs such as data analysis, resource models, team structures, skills analysis, pricing assumptions, proposals, SOWs, RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• We review practice pipelines, assess opportunities, and conduct solution health checks with practice and delivery teams.
• We help refine product line attributes based on metrics, market fit, and technology shifts.
• We support account strategy development with internal stakeholders.
• We ensure customer expectations are aligned on deliverables, costs, contract type, timeline, risk, and assumptions.
• We lead sales-to-delivery knowledge transfer and ensure our solution methodology is followed.
• We monitor profitability, staffing levels, and work allocation against scope.
• We stay alert to new business opportunities and help support future pursuits.
