Part Time Maintenance Technician
Schedule is: 4 hours per day - 10:00am to 2:00pm


Scope:

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable candidate with the following qualifications and responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Able to work independently and assist in various tasks as needed.
• Comfortable with heights.

Responsibilities:

• Wash and clean equipment and vehicles.
• Perform general painting and cleaning of buildings.
• Make mail runs and handle lunch pickups.
• Run errands as required.
• Collect scrap parts from different areas of the building and manage their disposal.
• Lift and carry items weighing 40-50 lbs.

Physical Demands and Abilities

• Able to lift up to 40- 50 pounds
• Regularly performs repetitive tasks
• Regularly possesses manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Education and Experience

• High School w/1 + years' experience or AA/AS/Technical School w/0-1 years' experience

All Employees Shall:

• Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements
• Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards
• Attend scheduled EH&S training program
• Actively support the organization's efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans
• Recommend improved EH&S practices
