The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to manage data accurately and stakeholders effectively. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and look for opportunities to proactively provide insights and solutions to help drive informed decision-making throughout the organization. This role will primarily support Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Trade Asset Management.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Partnership:Build collaborative relationships to become trusted, strategic partners that enable stakeholders to achieve their goals and initiativesCollaborate with and influence stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPI’s) and develop solutions to find, track, and communicate data-driven insightsLead the upleveling of stakeholders by championing data fluency throughout the organization with the creation of documentation, training, and coachingFacilitate the development of new technical capabilities required to take advantage of upcoming investments geared towards digital transformationInsight and Solution Creation:Translate business needs and requirements into projects and manage by setting realistic milestones, deliverables, and achievable valueExtract meaningful insights from various data sources by utilizing statistical techniques and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and optimization Design, build, and maintain data visualizations and other solutions in support of business objectives, ensuring consistency and accuracy while meeting best practices and standardsProvide actionable, fact-based recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive business performanceStay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in analytics and drive continuous improvement initiativesData Governance and Quality:Oversee the enabling and transformation of enterprise data sets to enable efficient data collection, analysis, and reportingCollaborate with IT and data management teams to ensure data quality, security, and integrityRequired Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Sciences, Statistics, or a related fieldExperience:Proven experience (minimum 3 years, 5 years preferred) in business analytics, data analysis, or a similar roleTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of data analysis techniques, statistical modeling, and data visualization toolsExpert-level proficiency with PowerBI, including DAX, Power Query (M language), SQL, and overall deployment of standardized templates and dashboards.Proficiency in other data analysis tools and programming languages (eg. Python) for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization is preferredOther SkillsStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detailAbility to self-manage and work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentPrevious experience within the Out-of-Home CPG industry is preferredSalary: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per yearBonus Eligibility: YesThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
