Caregiver -- Home Helpers Home Care — The Greater Scranton Area, PA 25-mile radius

We provide in-home care that helps seniors and individuals maintain their independence, comfort, and quality of life. Whether you're an experienced caregiver or new to the field, we'll provide paid training and the support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

As a caregiver, you'll provide dependable, compassionate support to clients in their homes. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and social interaction
• Assisting with light housekeeping and preparing meals
• Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
• Transporting clients if needed
• Following individualized care plans
• Helping create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license or valid photo ID
• Reliable transportation
• Current auto insurance if driving vehicle 
• Ability to pass a background check and meet all employment requirements
• Smartphone with access to email/internet
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and follow professional and ethical standards
