Senior Project Manager / Program Manager
Location: Chicago, IL, Princeton, NJ
Engagement Type: Full-Time / Contract

Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership & Delivery Oversight
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple integrated and interdependent projects
- Drive program governance, roadmap alignment, stakeholder updates, and reporting cadence
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary client interface across delivery workstreams
- Manage alignment across business owners, IT stakeholders, compliance leads, and vendor partners
- Facilitate executive steering committee sessions and program health reporting
- Cross-Project Coordination & Integration
- Lead coordination across project teams
- Oversee bi-directional integrations between CRM and CAPS, and between data lake and external providers/payers
- Ensure member data integrity across all platforms and a seamless user experience
- Risk, Compliance, and Change Management
- Proactively manage risks across timeline, resourcing, compliance, and vendor SLAs
- Lead risk reviews, issue escalations, and resolution management
- Drive user adoption and change management planning for CRM and member portal
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing complex enterprise programs in healthcare or adjacent industries
- Strong delivery track record in claims systems (CAPS), CRM platforms, cloud data architectures, and digital health portals
- Hands-on experience leading third-party vendor engagements and integration programs
- Familiarity with Medicare Advantage, value-based care, HIPAA compliance, and EDI/API healthcare integrations
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership capabilities
- PMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications preferred
- Preferred Experience - No-code/low-code platforms
- Cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, GCP, or AWS data lakes)
- Member or patient-facing digital health portals
