Manage time-off requests, call-outs, tardies, and schedule changes while keeping the OnShift scheduling system updated with employee rotations, agency staffing, and attendance records. Monitor timekeeping records daily, resolve missed or inaccurate punches, and prepare staffing and attendance reports for leadership. Maintain regulatory staffing documentation, including daily staffing postings, PBJ updates, and required compliance records. Serve as a primary point of contact for phone calls, visitors, and team member inquiries, providing professional administrative support. Support the nursing team as needed, including assisting with CNA duties when required and promoting a safe, resident-focused environment.
