• CPT, AED and CPR Certified

• Lead classes as outlined by the F45 Athletics Team

• Provide hands on coaching for clients 

• Utilize your energy to motivate and inspire result 

• Meet with the Ownership team to report studio health and set goals

• Member strategy sessions

• Weekly Utilization Reports to track low membership usage

• Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained

and operationally sound before, during and after workouts

• Reconcile class attendance

• Maintain our referral program

• Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service

• 45 day challenge execution

• Attend Lead Generation Events

• Attend Corporate Meetings and Community Events as requested

• Address Member Concerns

• Work with Membership Manager/Owners on Community Event Planning/Attending

• Manage 45 day Challenges

• Social Media Posts, Outreach, and Analytics on your personal professional page to drive memberships

• Assist with Membership Payment Failures and Reconciliation

• No show and late cancel outreach
