Part Time Experienced BDC Sales Representative

What You’ll Do As a BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—playing a critical role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Respond promptly and professionally to all internet and phone inquiries Engage customers and schedule qualified sales appointments Utilize CRM tools to track, manage, and follow up on all leads Follow established scripts and workflows to ensure consistent customer communication Coordinate with the sales team to maximize appointment show rates and conversions Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the CRM system Generate and manage reports, forms, and required documentation in a timely manner Uphold the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction Experience Required 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or BDC/call center environment Proven experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls , internet leads, and appointment setting Experience using CRM systems and lead management tools (automotive CRM experience preferred) Prior automotive dealership experience is strongly preferred , but not required Track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics (appointments set, show rates, conversions, etc.) What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Working knowledge of CRM systems and digital communication tools Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Why Join Us?
