Qualifications

• Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and related machinery.
• Construction site experience is highly desirable.
• Mechanical knowledge related to maintenance and troubleshooting of heavy equipment.
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred; experience with commercial driving is a plus.
• Familiarity with concrete mixers, farm machinery, water trucks, roll-off trucks, and tanker vehicles is advantageous.
• Ability to operate Caterpillar equipment or similar brands is preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy machinery operation on construction sites.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy loads when necessary. Duties

• Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and front loader trucks to perform construction tasks efficiently.
• Handle various types of trucks including dump trucks, water trucks, roll-off trucks, and tanker trucks for material transport and site management.
• Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and material movement in accordance with project specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks on machinery and report any issues for repair or servicing.
• Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate operations across multiple projects and sites.

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B is preferred, or the ability to obtain one within twelve (12) months of hire
