This role requires a highly influential, hands-on leader who can build relationships across operations, establish strong quality standards, and drive accountability without relying solely on direct authority. The successful candidate will bring strong quality experience, a high level of ownership, and the confidence to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Key Responsibilities:Drive quality standards and continuous improvement across the facilityInfluence cross-functional teams and create accountability around qualityPartner closely with operations and employees on the production floorLead quality and process improvement initiativesIdentify root causes and drive sustainable corrective actionsStrengthen quality culture through communication, coaching, and trainingSupport customer quality expectations and issue resolutionQualifications:Strong quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environmentDemonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authorityProven experience driving change and process improvementsStrong communication skills and leadership presenceRoot Cause Analysis and quality management systems experienceCorrugated or packaging experience is a plus, but not requiredLean/Six Sigma, SPC, SQF, BRCGS, or HACCP experience is a plus
