Superintendent/PM Residential Custom Builder

Job Description
On site, supervisor, project manager with background and knowledge in high end custom building. Must possess knowledge in specialized millwork, all design finishes, and trade coordination. Computer skills are equally important, working with BuilderTrend, Dropbox and Outlook- Email delivery daily. Minimum 5 years' experience and must be prepared to begin work within two weeks of hiring. Managing an efficient, clean and tidy jobsite is of utmost importance. Extensive interview questions will come with initial phone conversation.
