Short Hour Service Worker Phillipsburg, NJ, US Salary Range: $19.16 To $20.16 Hourly Job Overview As a Direct Support Professional Sub, you will provide hands‑on support, guidance, and encouragement to adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. You’ll help residents develop daily living skills, independence, and confidence while creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment.
