We deliver far more than just on time and on budget—we deliver with MORE Paschen.Position OverviewAs the Project Engineer, you will help the project team with all administration and documentation of the construction project while providing support to assist the team in overseeing one to two trades on a larger project or many trades on smaller projects.Assigned Responsibilities:Represent and demonstrate the values of F.H. Paschen: tenacity, versatility, ingenuity, and pride.Ability to participate in preconstruction services, including estimating and value engineering.Track material procurement and coordinate deliveriesProduce project schedules with site superintendent.Review and determine suitability of submittals.Quote/qualify subcontractor requests for change orders.Track status of change ordersTrack status of Requests for InformationCollect, verify and distribute as-builts.Maintain project close-out documents.Assist with field supervision.Blueprint readingQuantity take-offsSubcontractor solicitationsCorrespondenceDocument ControlSubcontractor CoordinationOther duties as assigned.Work Hour Options:General work hours are 7:30am - 5pm and 5-day work weeks are standard. Note that work hours and workdays may vary (changes, additions, etc.) based on critical work activities and/or required safety supervision.
