Location:3777 Tamiami North - Naples, Florida 34103Job SummaryThe Key Private Bank (KPB) Teller supports the Key Private Bank sales and service team by delivering exceptional teller and client service functions within a Private Banking Office. This role is responsible for processing client transactions, supporting need identification, and coordinating product and service delivery for high-net-worth clients. The KPB Teller provides efficient, accurate service and effective problem resolution throughout the client experience. Supports the KPB team to grow, expand, and retain client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Teller & Operational FunctionsPerform daily teller transactions accurately and efficiently within the Private Bank branch, including cash handling, balancing, and transaction processing.Maintain accountability for assigned cash drawer and adhere to established balancing and control procedures.Ensure all branch operations are conducted effectively and in compliance with regulatory and internal policies.Assist clients and the KPB team with basic account opening and account maintenance activities.Client Service & Relationship SupportDeliver outstanding service to all KeyBank clients with a strong focus on high-net-worth clientele.Greet and welcome clients promptly and professionally; acknowledge clients by name when known.Answer branch phone calls courteously, promptly, and professionally.Strive for first-call/first-contact resolution of client inquiries and issues; escalate to management when necessary to ensure optimal client outcomes.Identify opportunities to retain and expand client relationships by gathering relevant client information and consulting with KPB Officers.Risk Management & ComplianceAdhere to all client authentication processes and procedures to protect client information and prevent loss.Identify and escalate potential fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity in accordance with policy and procedure.Comply with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including ethical standards, professional conduct, avoidance of conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of clients and the organization.Collaboration & Internal PartnershipPartner closely with Client Relationship Associates to ensure seamless service delivery.Engage KPB Relationship Managers, Fiduciary Strategists, and Portfolio Strategists as needed to support client servicing and solutions.Provide assistance to KPB Relationship Managers and Officers on internal systems, tools, and processes to ensure proper utilization of programs and procedures.Knowledge & SystemsMaintain working knowledge of KeyBank products, pricing, and features, as well as applicable processes, procedures, and systems.Develop and maintain proficiency in deposit and loan servicing functions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, including Salesforce.Additional DutiesPerform other duties as assigned. Responsibilities may change or evolve at any time with or without notice.Support the Key Private Bank team in the delivery of the sales and client experience process by managing tasks in a centralized work queue shared across multiple markets.Education QualificationsHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business/operational experience (required)Experience QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of work and educational experience (required)Tactical (Technical) SkillsStrong knowledge of branch operationsGeneral knowledge of financial products and services, including banking, trust, and investmentsDemonstrated excellence in client service, communication (verbal, phone, and written), and problem resolutionAbility to manage all servicing aspects of client relationshipsAbility to exercise discretion when handling highly sensitive and confidential informationAbility to learn and effectively use proprietary software, databases, and systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsPhysical RequirementsAbility to communicate effectively in person and by phoneFrequent use of hands for handling and manipulationOccasional bending and lifting from floor heightFrequent forward reachingFrequent lifting of 1–10 lbs. and occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.Personal CompetenciesCollaborationDigital AwarenessEmpathyProblem SolvingResiliencePractical SkillsBusiness AcumenOral and Written CommunicationRisk ManagementCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThis position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $18.00 - $23.08 per hour. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
