We are seeking a diligent and hardworking Re-packaging Associate to join our client's team in Fort Smith, AR. As a Re-packaging Associate, you will be working on a line repackaging products such as napkins, paper plates, and paper cups. This role requires individuals who are capable of performing repetitive tasks with precision and speed, and who can work efficiently in a non-climate-controlled environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Work on a line repackaging various products including napkins, paper plates, and paper cups.
• Stand for the entire duration of the shift.
• Lift up to 30lbs consistently throughout the shift.
• Maintain a fast pace to meet productivity standards.
• Perform tasks that involve standing, walking, twisting, squatting, and kneeling.
• Work during 1st shift hours and mandatory overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Capability to lift up to 30lbs throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks at a fast pace.
