What You'll Do:

As a Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining, repairing, and installing automatic pool cover systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Every day is different. You'll work outdoors, solve real problems, work with your hands, and help customers protect their homes and families.

Responsibilities Include:

• Performing scheduled maintenance, repairs, and service plans on automatic pool cover systems
• Troubleshooting hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and alignment issues
• Installing new automatic pool cover systems and replacement fabrics
• Accurately documenting work performed through our mobile software systems
• Delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
• Working closely with your team and Service Center Leader to support daily operations
• Participating in Saturday and holiday on-call rotations during peak season

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Comfortable using smartphones/tablets for job reporting
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Compensation:

• Earn a competitive salary of $52,500 $62,500, based on your mechanical ability and experience
