Sidney Health Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patient and resident care across settings such as Extended Care, Acute Care, or Rehab. The CNA plays a critical role in delivering person-centered care , supporting daily activities, and assisting the clinical team in maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Sidney Health Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patient and resident care across settings such as Extended Care, Acute Care, or Rehab. The CNA plays a critical role in delivering person-centered care , supporting daily activities, and assisting the clinical team in maintaining patient safety and comfort.
Job Details / Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient/resident care within CNA scope
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility)
- Monitor and report patient condition, changes, and vital signs (role dependent)
- Support care plans based on patient-centered choices
- Maintain and manage resident equipment and assistive devices
- Perform routine department tasks:
- Cleaning and room setup
- Treatment preparation
- Scheduling and documentation support
- Assist clinical staff with procedures and patient flow
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized care environment
- Active Montana CNA Certification
- CPR certification (required)
- Ability to follow established healthcare procedures and protocols
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
