As a Full-Service Manager, you’ll lead front-of-house (FOH) and bar operations for our signature restaurants, blending structure with vibe, quality with momentum, and brand standards with personal flair. What You’ll Own Lead all FOH operations and bar service for a full-service restaurant environment Drive floor execution and Guest experience across shifts, events, and service peaks Collaborate with the Sous Chef to align timing, service, and culinary delivery Train and develop high-performing FOH and bar teams with a focus on engagement, efficiency, and upselling Manage beverage service, drink presentation, and light inventory and ordering Monitor and analyze labor, service metrics, and financial performance Respond to Guest feedback and coach teams for continuous improvement Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and GRA regulations Contribute to monthly reports and provide strategic input to the VP of Food and Beverage You’ll Thrive If You Balance calm leadership with a high-energy floor presence Activate FOH and bar teams through coaching, pacing, and visibility Can lead during high-volume nights, promotions, and special events Are passionate about both steakhouse and casual dining experiences Love leading teams that bring warmth, momentum, and consistency to service Think strategically while executing with precision and adaptability What You’ll Get Growth + Support Weekly pay + competitive salary Premium medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid parental leave and tuition reimbursement PTO, birthday and anniversary recognition Ongoing mentorship and leadership development Culture + Clarity A leadership culture rooted in Wisdom, Love, Respect, Truth, Humility, Bravery, and Honesty Clear expectations and regular feedback in a team-first structure A place where your voice matters and your drive is recognized What You Bring 6+ years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience 5+ years in FOH and/or bar supervisory/managerial roles, preferably in full-service or bar-forward restaurants Demonstrated ability to drive service standards and team performance Strong communication and Guest engagement skills Experience with bar programs, inventory controls, and labor efficiency ServSafe and Alcohol Awareness Certification (or ability to obtain) Ability to secure a license from the Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA) Knowledge of and compliance with Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR’s) Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process Physical Requirements and Work Environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
