Senior Manager Clinical Pharmacy - Pharmacy - HybridThe Senior Clinical Manager – Specialty Pharmacotherapy Clinics is a clinically advanced, operationally focused pharmacy leader responsible for the oversight, implementation, and optimization of specialty pharmacotherapy clinic programs in a hospital setting. This role integrates clinical practice leadership, program implementation, and performance management to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for patients with complex and chronic conditions managed through collaborative drug therapy management models.We are hiring for two positions. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
