Overview
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Press Brake Operators for projects located in or around Bloomington, MN . This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is $25-$29/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Perform press brake setups using part drawings and bend simulations
- Operate press brake equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and follow shop loads, work orders, and blueprints
- Inspect parts using precision measuring and gauging equipment
- Complete quality checks and required production documentation
- Handle packaging and material movement throughout production
- Assemble and maintain tooling, fixtures, and jigs
- Complete Epicor transactions for material tracking
- Operate forklifts
- Perform long brake operations bending parts up to 144 inches in length
Responsibilities
- Previous press brake or metal fabrication experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
- Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment
- Forklift certification required
