A growing manufacturing company in the Blue Ash area is seeking a Cost Accountant to join its finance team. This position will play a key role in analyzing product costs, managing inventory accounting, and providing financial insights that support operational efficiency and profitability.

• Maintain standard costs and analyze manufacturing variances
• Support inventory accounting, reconciliations, and physical inventory processes
• Assist with month-end close and cost accounting reporting
• Partner with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
• Ensure accurate product costing and inventory valuation

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, and variance analysis
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• CPA, CMA, or progress toward certification
• Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or JD Edwards
