Senior Tax Associate - 30 Person Firm

Responsibilities As a Tax Senior , you’ll work closely with a team of tax specialists and consultants with deep technical and industry experience. You’ll help clients solve complex tax issues and make informed decisions. Prepare business tax returns and income tax provisions Conduct tax planning and research Provide regular project updates to the Tax Manager Collaborate positively within a team environment Proactively manage multiple clients and projects Qualifications Experience in public accounting; Big Four or mid‑tier experience is a plus but not required Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (Master’s in Taxation preferred) CPA license or progress toward completion (within one year preferred) Experience preparing and reviewing corporate, partnership, and S‑Corp returns; exposure to high‑net‑worth individuals Familiarity with ASC‑740 income tax provisions is a plus Proficiency with tax software such as CCH Axcess, Engagement, or similar platforms What You’ll Enjoy Competitive compensation, benefits, and bonus opportunities Genuine work/life balance supported by flexible scheduling Mentoring, collaboration, and ongoing professional development Regular remote work opportunities
