Description

Banyan Treatment Center Waelder is seeking a Texas-licensed psychiatrist for a highly flexible, part-time physician oversight position.

The role requires only eight onsite hours per month , completed as two four-hour site visits scheduled Monday through Friday. The psychiatrist will supervise two advanced practice providers and provide administrative and clinical oversight without maintaining a patient caseload.

There are no direct patient-facing responsibilities .

Banyan s Waelder facility provides medically monitored detoxification and residential addiction treatment for individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. The campus is part of Banyan Treatment Centers established national behavioral healthcare network.
