Key Responsibilities Organize and assign daily crew tasks, ensuring proper coverage for scheduled jobs. Review and approve time entries for accuracy and material allocation. Confirm crews have all necessary materials, equipment, and resources to complete work orders. Place and track material orders for upcoming projects. Ensure crews depart the shop efficiently, safely, and on schedule. Monitor adherence to safety standards, quality expectations, efficiency goals, and professional conduct. Review and submit purchase receipts promptly, following company procedures. Provide written reports and clear communication to clients and account managers. Build and maintain exceptional client relationships through professionalism and responsiveness. Utilize required software and mobile technology to manage schedules, reporting, and crew coordination. Qualifications & Skills Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with technology (software systems, smartphones, apps). What You’ll Do Monitor and inspect the health of trees and plants to ensure they thrive. Identify and address diseases or physical issues affecting plant health. Perform integrated pest management, including scheduling, inspections, sampling, treatments, and inventory management. Operate, calibrate, and maintain equipment effectively and safely. Maintain detailed, accurate records and prepare written reports for clients and account managers. Build and nurture exceptional client relationships. Support the team by completing tasks assigned by the Crew Leader or designated supervisor. What You’ll Bring Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal communication skills.
