Job Summary/Overview As an HR intern, you will learn day to day activities in each HR function with project work such as engagement activities and training processes for new employees, plus provide administrative support as needed. Maintain appropriate confidentiality in dealing with company and employee information Provide exceptional customer service to our business units and employees Learn about benefits, compensation and payroll at Columbus McKinnon Gain overview of the Talent Acquisition process.
