Unit Manager (RN or LPN)

Ayer Valley Rehab & Nursing is seeking a full-time Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. We are looking for a compassionate, organized nursing professional who can lead staff while ensuring high-quality care for our residents.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervise and support RN, LPN, and CNA staff

• Complete nursing assessments and documentation

• Investigate resident incidents and update care plans

• Conduct wound rounds and provide wound care

• Administer medications and treatments

• Promote quality care, teamwork, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license required

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

• RN: $100,000-$106,000 per year (DOE)

• LPN: $91,000-$95,000 per year (DOE)
