We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Primary Therapist to join the team in Malvern, Pennsylvania! In this role, you will be providing therapy to adults suffering from substance use and co-occurring disorders. This is a direct hire, W-2 position with benefits.Location: Malvern, PennsylvaniaSchedule: M-F, day shiftsResponsibilities:Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plansFacilitate individual and group therapy sessionsUtilize evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, MI, etc.) in treatment deliveryCollaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and monitor progressSupport clients in developing relapse prevention strategies and healthy life skillsRequirements:Independently licensed in state of Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, etc.)1+ year of clinical experience in a substance use treatment setting requiredMust be comfortable with start-up environment
